MARCELO BAUDINO

 

 

Marcelo Baudino is a global partner of DTC.  He is the founder, director, and head consultant at Iceberg Cultural Intelligence, the first Argentinian firm specializing in the development of cross-cultural skills for global professionals and international assignees. For the past fifteen years, Marcelo has designed and delivered intercultural workshops and training programs for more than 6,000 executives and professionals in more than ten Latin American countries.

He has worked as a cross-cultural trainer for numerous global corporations, such as Deloitte, ExxonMobil, Avon, Monsanto, Coca Cola, Cognizant, Accenture, McGraw-Hill and UBS. His subject matter of expertise is Latin America culture and global team management.  He is currently professor of the course “Intercultural Communication” in English within the framework of PEL (Program of Latin American Studies) at the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA).

Marcelo is also a founding member and current president of SIETAR Argentina, the first SIETAR’s chapter in a Spanish speaking country of the Americas. He has published more than 300 articles about the impact of cultural differences in daily working situations of international organizations.

Marcelo holds a degree in Business Administration from Blas Pascal University in Cordoba, Argentina. He also studied at the University of Richmond, Virginia as an international exchange student, and attended courses at the Summer Institute of Intercultural Communication in Portland, Oregon.  Marcelo is fluent in Spanish and English and has working knowledge of Portuguese.

Marcelo resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is a vegetarian in the land of meat.
