ANNA ZELNO

 

Anna Zelno is a global partner of DTC.  She is an expert in intercultural competence, Diversity & Inclusion management, and global leadership. For the past fifteen years she's been developing leadership consultancy projects for multinational companies and governmental organizations.  Anna is Business Partner for intercultures in Spain, co-founder of 4C Association for Social Innovation and co-founder of Academy for Diversity and Innovation.

Anna has lived and worked in Poland, Germany, and Spain, and has delivered training programs in many countries in Europe, Africa, and South America.  Having worked extensively with managers and executives in multinational companies in these countries, she well understands the dynamics of their relationships with employees and customers, as well as their perceptions and biases.

Corporate clients include Accenture, Banco Santander, Bayer, BBVA, Böhringer Ingelheim, CEPSA, Calidad Pascual, Coca-Cola IP, Coca-Cola Equatorial, CuatreCasas, Daimler AG, Daimler Financial Services, Giesecke & Devrient, ENCE, Foster Wheeler, Heineken SSC, IKEA, J&J Spain,  Opel, Lufthansa, PGNiG, PwC, Repsol S.A., Roche, RWE, SIEMENS, SEAT, and Telefónica.

Anna holds a B.A. in German Philology from the Jagiellonian University (Poland), a MA in Applied Linguistics and Cultural Studies from Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz (Germany), and a MA in Talent Management from University of Valencia (Spain).  And she was the Program Director of the last European SIETAR Congress on Diversity and Inclusion.

Anna is certified in the following tools: Culture Detective®, Globe Smart®, Intercultural Readiness Check ®, and Virtual Performance Improvement®. She is also co-author of diversophy® Barcelona, a game for expats, and diversophy® Diversity and Inclusion.  In addition, she is a Master Trainer for Global DISC®.

Anna is fluent in English, Spanish, German, and Polish.
